Die Ausbildung zum Canyoning Manager deckt alle Kompetenzen zukünftiger Canyoning-Profis ab, von den Grundlagen der Seiltechnik über Standmanagement, Umwelt, Bewegen im Wasser bis hin zur Kommunikationspsychologie (WISSEN).
Wir nutzen besondere Orte, Formate und Situationen um die Lehrinhalte mehrsinnig erlebbar zu machen damit eine Haltung zu den Themen erzeugt wird (ERLEBEN). Der Canyoningprofi von Morgen hat im Studium die Möglichkeit mittels fokussierter Aufmerksamkeit und anderen psychologischen Mechanismen ein Wahrnehmungsexperte zu werden. (HANDELN).
Ausbildung
Unsere geplanten Vertiefung sorgt für eine Schnittstellenkompetenz eines Managers zwischen Fels, Wasser und menschlichem Handeln. Der Fokus der Ausbildung liegt auf der Ausbildung von verantwortungsbewussten Führern – dies bedingt Kenntnisse der Psychologie und des Managements. Die Ausnahmesituation in welcher ein Canyoningführer kommen kann verlangen nach professionellem Handwerkszeug. Die Zukunftsfragen der Sportart, des Managements und des Führens werden mit Analysen und Prognosen, Empirie und Phantasie, Vision und Verantwortung beantwortet. Dabei wenden wir uns bewusst nicht nur der reinen Grundlagen die sich als Selbstzweck betrachtet zu, sondern generieren Wissen für die praktische komplexe Anwendung.Coaching
Wir sind der Meinung, dass das Lernumfeld Auswirkung auf den Lernerfolg hat. Deshalb lehren wir an besonderen Orten und sorgen somit für bewusst erinnerbare Momente um die geplanten Kognitionen emotional zu etikettieren. Somit sorgen wir für die Vorraussetzungen für optimales motorisches Lernen in kleinen Zeiteinheiten. Die Rahmenbedingungen für diesen didaktischen Ansatz schaffen wir durch: kleine Gruppen, Dialog statt Monolog, Haltung und Meinung statt Konsum – also einem Coachingansatz.Neben dem reinen Wissenserwerb schaffen wir die Grundlage für die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung zukünftiger Manager. Unseres Lernsystem vernetzt und verstärkt die vier Möglichkeiten des Lernens - kognitives, konatives (motiv-lernen), affektives und motorisches Lernen.

Erleben ist ein psychologischer Prozess, welcher es erlaubt sich einfach an Informationen, körperliches Erleben und Motive zu erinnern. Deshalb präsentieren wir Wissen nicht isoliert, sondern beziehen die Umwelt, psychologische Mechanismen und alle Sinne bewusst mit ein. CIC canyon guide certification program - always a step aheadThe education of canyoning management covers all key skills that future professionals require, ranging from the fundamentals like ropetechnic and management of rappels to environment, moving in the water and communication psychology (KNOWLEDGE).
We make use of extraordinary locations, formats and situations so that learning becomes a multisensory experience and students are stimulated to form an opinion on the study themes (EXPERIENCE). During their study, tomorrow’s professional canyoning guides are given the opportunity to develop themself with psychological mechanisms, like focused attention, to a perception specialist (ACTION).
Training
Our planed specialisation combines the management fields of rock, water and human behavior. The training is focused on the education of accountable guides – for this we need knowledge of psychology and management. The exeptioal situations, a professional canyoning guide can run into, call for professional tools. Questions about the future of this sport, managements and guiding are answered by analyses and predictions, empirical research and imagination, vision and accountability. In doing so, we don’t limit ourselves to sheer fundamentals serving its own purpose, but in stead we aim to generate knowledge with a complex practical use.Coaching
We believe that the environment in which students learn, has an influence on their learning success. This is why we teach at extraordinary locations and aim to create memorable moments. In doing so, the cognitive message being conveyed is coupled with an emotional label. So we develop an optimized system for motoric learing in short time frame. Some of the requirements of our didactical approach are: working in small groups, choosing dialogue over monologue and stimulating students to take a stand and express their opinion in stead of simply consuming information. In other words: a coaching approach.Other than a pure acquisition of knowledge, we provide a fundament for future managers’ personality development. Our approach connects and reinforces our four ways of learning: cognitive, conative (motive-learning), affective and psychomotoric learning.

Every experience constitutes a psychological process which enables us to remember information, physical experience and motivations (motives). That's the reason we have chosen not to present knowledge as an isolated incidence, but include the environment, involve psychological mechanisms and incorporate all of our senses. Thinking becomes experiencing which can then be followed by deliberate actions, intention and fascination.
